Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Phantom Streaming ("we", "our", "the platform") is a B2B SaaS platform designed exclusively for streaming resellers and digital account managers. Our tools — Manager Account and Extraction OTP — are intended for professional use in the resale and management of digital streaming subscriptions. By registering or using any feature of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your access credentials with third parties. Phantom Streaming reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be sharing access or violating these terms.

3. Permitted Use

Our platform is intended strictly for lawful business activities related to the management and resale of digital streaming profiles. You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the platform.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform in ways not explicitly permitted.
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the platform to third parties without express written consent.
• Conduct any activity that would damage, overload, or impair the functionality of the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Phantom Streaming operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to currency conversion. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with at least 7 days' advance notice communicated via email or in-platform notification.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for partially used subscription periods. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Phantom Streaming. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and target 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantom Streaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, business interruption, or reputational damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
